The R354 is a short regional road in County Galway running from junction 19 of the M17 in the townland of Annagh Hill through Lackagh to the N83 at Cnoc Tua Mór (Knockdoemore) north of Baile Chláir (Claregalway).
This route, formerly a part of the N63, was reclassified on 16 October 2018 following the opening in the previous year of the M17.
