The R574 is a rural route than runs over the Caha Mountains through Healy Pass on the Beara peninsula between counties Cork and Kerry and links the north and south coasts of the peninsula. It starts on the R571 in Lauragh, immediately crossing the river, before heading up into the mountains, crossing the county boundary, and coming back down the other side to the R572 at Adrigole.
