Radford Interchange was a planned junction along the unbuilt Coventry East-West Motorway. It would have connected the motorway to Radford Road which was then numbered A423 which soon became A4170 and was renumbered again to B4098. Despite the downgraded numbering an upgrade of Radford Road to dual carriageway was planned at the same time as the East-West Motorway even though the junction layouts don't show it.
