This article is about the bridge in Birmingham.
For other bridges with the same name, see Saturday Bridge
.

Saturday Bridge carries the B4135 over the Birmingham and Fazeley Canal, in Birmingham. It is a concrete construction carrying four traffic lanes.

The bridge name is visible from the canal. It is named after the practice of paying boatmen's wages at this point on Saturdays[1]. See also Friday Bridge.

Also of interest are the painted red railings on the bridge, which is in homage to the fact that many canal bridges had red doors cut into the brick work so that the fire brigade could use them during the Second World War to replenish their tanks of water[2].
