Sithney Common Hill is a series of three T-Junctions between the A394, B3302 and two unclassified roads. The A394 brings traffic for Helston, Falmouth and The Lizard from West Cornwall, and the B3302 does the same for Hayle and Camborne Traffic. As a result, this junction can get quite busy, especially in the summer.
The only real improvement here was the addition of a refuge for right turning traffic from Helston, but otherwise remains relatively untouched since classification.
