The Slieve Croob Scenic Loop is a loop related to the Mourne Coastal Route, heading north from Castlewellan, passing near Slieve Croob, an important mountain.
From the A25/St Patricks Trail at Annsborough it heads north on the B175, before turning up the C308 to Slieve Croob. Before reaching the B7 it cuts south on a minor road to the C323, which it takes to the A50 at Castlewellan Lake before taking the A50 to meet St Patricks Trail once again in the middle of Castlewellan.
