Spur Road Gyratory is a small one-way system along Spur Road, and part of Birdcage Walk, by Buckingham Palace. Spur Road is in St James's Park and thus maintained by the Royal Parks. The East-West Cycle Superhighway created a redesign of the junction to improve the layout for cyclists and pedestrians
