Stoney Cross is a pair of LILOs on the A31.

It started out as a crossroads. When the road to the east was upgraded to dual carriageway, Stoney Cross remained as a flat junction. With the high volume of caravan traffic in the area, this was an especially fraught right turn.

With the dual carriageway being extended eastwards, the dangerous crossing was closed.
