Streatham Vale Interchange was the planned northern terminus of the M23. It would have terminated on a short section of Ringway 2, between the A23 and A24 that would have been built by the Ministry of Transport to distribute M23 traffic, dropping three lanes' worth of traffic in two places (Norbury and Colliers Wood) rather than one. The number Ringway 2 would have had in this area is unknown.
