The RD notes say that this road "opened" (= became an A road?) on 27.06.08 - while according to Wikipedia [1], junction 29A of the M1 opened a week earlier, on 20.06.08. The road itself, although a new construction, physically existed (as an unclassified route) prior to completion of junction 29A. It would seem to make more sense for the junction and the upgrading of this route to have occurred on the same date. Can anyone throw more light on the chronology? -- Viator 08:34, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
