The same study (Safety of Bridges, Parag C. Das) has a section on "Holton Mill Bridge", where the A40 crosses the River Thame. I can't find any other crossing of the two and there is a settlement called Holton nearby. It does however refer to the A40 as being "dual 3 lane".
In the absence of any other information I'd suggest that is the correct name. Johnathan404 (talk) 20:13, 21 November 2019 (UTC)
