Temple Junction, not to be confused with nearby Temple Tor Junction, is a junction currently being rebuilt on the A30 as a simple Left-In-Left-Out, or LILO, junction on Bodmin Moor.
Originally a T-Junction between the A30 and the local road to the village of Temple, it has remained largely unchanged except for the addition of a parking bay which usually holds a small roadside trailer serving the usual array of burgers and hot drinks. With the dualling of the A30, the junction is being turned into a LILO junction to stop traffic from crossing over the central reservation here. Access to Temple fisheries for Eastbound traffic will be through Temple Tor Junction and is signed as such.
