The Turners Rock Tunnel No.1 is a carved-out rock tunnel that narrows the road on the N71 between the borders of Cork and Kerry. The summit tunnel is the longest of a series of tunnels on the Caha Pass, the others being Nos. 2, 3, and 4.

The tunnel was first opened in 1841 and was later widened[1]— When?.

In early October 2021, the tunnel closed on the N71 road between Molly Gallivan's Visitor Centre and the tunnel itself for nearly three months to carry out safety repairs[2]
