Twomile Bridge is a bridge which carries the N80 over the River Barrow, near Mountmellick in Laois.

The name of the bridge is indicated on a sign on the eastern bridge parapet. It is so called because it is two miles from Mountmellick.

The bridge is an arch bridge, however, the central arch has been replaced with a reinforced concrete slab[1].
