The University Interchange on the A3 is a folded dumbbell interchange in Guildford.
The southbound exit is widely known as Cathedral Turn, which has derived from it being referred to as "the Cathedral turn-off".
It comprises two roundabouts, the eastern one is known as Stag Hill Roundabout. The western one has probably come to be known for the supermarket it serves.
As well as the University, Tesco and Cathedral, the junction serves a health club, the Royal County Surrey Hospital, park and ride sites, a route in to Guildford town centre and business parks. It is also used by National Express to access a bus stop west of here, taking people to or from London or Portsmouth.
