At the northern end of the former A8005, the road crosses the Abhainn Shira by Victoria Bridge. The date and builder of this structure are still unknown - its name (hinting at Queen Victoria 1837-1901) suggesting that it postdates Telford's works, which finished in the 1820s. It employs two arches to span the wide but shallow river immediately to the south of Forest Lodge.
