Westfield Corner is a small roundabout on the northern side of Southampton. There is a Westfield House on the corner.
The roundabout opened in the 1980s, around the same time that the Swaythling Link opened. Until then it was a T-junction with the A27 having to TOTSO, as the through-route had been the main route to Eastleigh.
The mandatory left turn at the junction to the west means that a lot of traffic leaves the A27 here to head north. Doing so also avoids the low bridge at Swaythling Arch.
Historically this junction was important for access to the Ford factory.
