Westhorpe Interchange or Marlow Interchange forms the main access to Marlow from the A404.
It opened in 1967 with the Marlow Bypass. Its construction involved dualling a short section of Marlow Road.
In the 1970s an additional, much smaller, roundabout was built to allow access to the business park.
