Oxford to East Coast route

In the late 80s and early 90s, it was deemed useful to have a high quality route, bypassing the M25 from Oxford (or Swindon) to the East Coast Ports of Harwich and Felixstowe. The smallish village of Wing, on the Bucks/Beds border, caused a lot of problems with the realisation of this vision.
