The C141B starts on the A98 just outside Fraserburgh and heads south at first, turning south west and running parallel to the A981 as it crosses the B9031. After passing Memsie, the route turns sharp right, then left at a T junction, past Whitewell and on to the C139B beyond South Whitewell.
