This article is about the Class III road numbered C2K maintained by Aberdeenshire Council.
For other roads numbered C2, see C2.
For other roads numbered C2, see C2.
The C2K previously started on the A90 at North Water Bridge over the River North Esk, but when the main road was realigned over a new bridge, so the C2K was also realigned, and now starts on the C6K immediately north west of the A90. It then follows the north bank of the river westwards, before turning north west along a long straight to the B966, known locally as the Lang Stracht. After a short multiplex to the west, the C2K resumes at Gannochy, and again follows the river bank to the council boundary near Woodburn.
