Wendlebury interchange upgrade

Apologies for using MS Paint! I reckon the main traffic flow here is Birmingham-Oxford, so here's how adding a couple of slip roads could ease the pain.

'Use all lanes', that's quite an instruction on a three-lane road!

Turning that horrid horrid roundabout into something that's at least freeflowing in the important directions.
