B971 :
The B971 has never been any more or any less than the road across Ballater Bridge over the River Dee at Ballater. It connects the A93 in Ballater to the B976 (originally the B968 and at one time A973) on the southern bank of the river. Modern mapping seems to show that the route is now a spur of the B976 but Aberdeenshire Council acknowledges that the B971 number |
