Places with 2 word names should be good for this.
A quick whizz around London on Google Maps has got me Old Oak Common Lane.

The excitingly named Welwyn By Pass Road (yes By Pass is 2 words):

That's my neck of the woods, too! Surprised I didn't think of those myself!
Also, Twin Sails Bridge Approach is mapped and signposted as such.
Thanks for all the suggestions, folks.
I've found a few 5s, using likely beginnings of words on the Streetmap search box which, it turns out, is excellent for giving a full list of streets beginning with whatever you put in, at least three characters:
St. James Mill Road East in Northampton ('East' in brackets on the sign) https://goo.gl/maps/bQAbHyWszFfyi9gu7
Hall by the Sea Road in Margate https://goo.gl/maps/e3jnTdB9CGfNveFz7
The Old Railway Goods Yard in Huddersfield https://goo.gl/maps/KcqZjSyGkWDLp9df6
Top o' th' Meadows Lane in Oldham https://goo.gl/maps/XLRidyh1BVEjYYzR9 which is off Back o' th' Low Road, signposted rather disappointingly as Back oth Low Road.
Top o' th' Hill Road in Todmorden https://goo.gl/maps/1DHdgwBZ8SLTTkyv7
And from this:
I also found:Potholes ate my car wrote: ↑Mon May 18, 2020 09:04 There are a few in the centre of Edinburgh:
Rose Street North Lane & Rose Street South Lane
Similarly, Young Street and Hill Street both have North and South Lanes
Thistle Street takes it a step further and we get Thistle Street North East Lane, with associated variants for NW, SE and SW
South West Cumberland Street Lane in Edinburgh https://goo.gl/maps/ZWBqvuGiU5g6x1uLA and the other three compass points
...and Northumberland Street South West Lane https://goo.gl/maps/KcqZjSyGkWDLp9df6 along with the other three.

Re: Roads with 4 (or more) words in their names
Harlow has First Avenue Mandela Avenue which sounds like 2 road names put together:
https://www.google.com/maps/@51.7730553 ... 312!8i6656
I assume it was First Avenue when first built then the Mandela was later added but they didn't want to get rid of the First Avenue part because it fits in with the other roads?

May I offer the most famous example in the south? London's Orbital Car Park.
Re: Roads with 4 (or more) words in their names
Two from Cambridgeshire are Six Mile Bottom Road and the somewhat exotic Ugg Mere Court Road (part of the B1040). Heathrow features a Northern Perimeter Road West (but no other combinations). And Bat and Ball Road in Sevenoaks.

Re: Roads with 4 (or more) words in their names
Just off East India Dock Road there used to be an 'East India Dock Wall Road'. It got renamed as Naval Row, it was a cheaper name plate and took up less room at least.
Re: Roads with 4 (or more) words in their names
I'd say there are a number of these, for example:
Cat And Kittens Lane north of Wolverhampton.
City Of Three Waters near Coalville.
Plough And Harrow Road in Birmingham.
Sir Gerald Kaufman Close in Manchester.
There And Back Again Lane in Bristol.
Personally I find one-word street names far more interesting but that's another story.

Re: Roads with 4 (or more) words in their names
I believe the only example of this with Cambridge (though not the shire) is "Dame Mary Archer Way", on the Addenbrooke's hospital site. Bonus points for containing no conjunctions or articles?
