Anything equivalent to the OS Maps App for France?

Just a quickie one!

Is there something (e.g., IGN) equivalent to the OS Maps for Android where you can download IGN Maps of France onto a phone at a similar scale, 1 : 50000 or better?

There's an excellent app Footpath, mainly aimed at walking and cycling, but as part of the £22 pa premium subscription gives you full access to several national mapping agency databases: France IGN (direct equivalent of our OS, also down to 1:25000), Spain, Sweden, etc, and OS itself. I've no connection to Footpath, just find it a good value package. Works well on iPhone and iPad. Don't think you can download, but screenshots do the trick for me.
