Pre-Worboys level crossing

Post by ikcdab »

So I am a railway modeller and I have just been building a level crossing with gates on my railway which is set in the mid 1960s.
The crossing is controlled by an adjacent signalbox.
In this Pre-Worboys situation, what road signage do I need to provide. Is it just the old level crossing sign, or is there more?

Although not for modelling, i notice that a chap on Ebay produces pretty decent looking replicas of these in HDF https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/233741636651
