The M66 northbound between junction 2 and junction 1 probably has the most pointless crawler lane of all. It starts too far up the hill and reduces back to 2 lanes before its any use to anyone. Its more of a hindrance than a help. If it had continued to junction 1 then it would of been more helpful.

I definitely agree on this one, it needs removing really. It's never going to get extended northwards so it just causes a lot of lane shuffling halfway up a hill when slow traffic is already at its slowest.
