Been that im new at this subject im still learning all the faults that can lead to a Streetlight/s not working.
I received this e-mail from the streetlighting department at Peterborough City Council today after reporting a fault, they said
" I went out to have a look at the roundabout on Thorpe Road and we appear to have yet another cable fault as there is a fuse blowing in the feeder pillar on one phase of the supply "
Can someone explain what causes a cable fault , section fault & what is a feeder pillar ?
