Anyone know what these streetlights are?
It looks like a Thorn Beta 5, but it isn't.... and I haven't seen them anywhere else in the country?
What are they, and are they unique to Warrington?

They aren't that common but they are being used more.

Ah, next to the A49 Winwick Road, on the small residential road that runs parallel between the Fire Station/Warrington Motors junction and the Tesco/Wolves junction?
Google Maps lists it as Watkin Street, here.

And note the remote monitoring aerial... someones being progressive.

There's a set of them on the A55 between Conwy and the Gwynedd boundary. Not too sure where else I have seen em'.

This is the WRTL/Indal Two Tone lantern. It was developed around the Cosmopolis lamp. They are country wide but the first installation was that on the A55.
