Another unknown Leicester road number

Post by Ross Spur »

Dysart Way, connecting Belgrave Road to Humberstone Road, opened in 1968 and was then part of the Middle Ring Road. I haven't come across a number on Sabre maps, just that it was an A road. It's likely to be the then A5125 (Leicester) as an eastwards continuance from Abbey Park Road, but best to check. It may need an A to Z for the period.

If it's any help, my A-Z (1991, edition 3) shows it as A5125 - the label is between Curzon St and Freehold St.

Thanks, and yes, helpful to know it was the A5125 at a later date.
