'They' appear to be removing the recent concrete middle barrier, junctions 7 to 5 (there never has been a 6). A site notice says work will finish in 2026, so we're back to 3 lanes!

No they've removed the metal amco barrier, they will then install new concrete barriers before starting the overlay

I guess making it 50, and coning off a lane, makes it non-SMART?
