The C77 runs north up the Hughenden Valley. It turns right sharply at the entrance to Chequers and circles the Prime Minister's estate, heading down off the Chiltern escarpment at Coombe, meeting the C177 at Butlers Cross and ending at Terrick on the B4009 yards away from a roundabout on the A4010.
