This is the B7076 & the WCML near Longbedholm.

WCML is the standard abbreviation of West Coast Main Line, the high-speed electrified railway between London Euston and various places on the western side of Great Britain. The most northerly point is Central Station in Glasgow.

See also ECML. Compared with the latter, the WCML is much less coastal as such, the sea being adjacent only on short stretches north of Lancaster and north of Carlisle.
