Here is the sign seen at the new A985 Junction at Kincardine. You notice that the A876 is renumbered A8765. This puts this sign a few years in the future.

Junction at the Fife end of the Kincardine Bridge, where the A876 used to head through the town, and the A985 started heading off to the right. Since the opening of the Clackmannanshire Bridge, the A985 extends across the Kincardine Bridge, and the former A876 through Kincardine is unclassified
