Quarry Junction is a limited access Diamond interchange in Skelmersdale with only left turns available. Right turns are accomplished by using the roundabouts on Tanhouse Road. Original plans show the junction with the right turns but they were never built. This and the nearby Heyes Junction were the only two interchanges in the town to be built with grade separation from the outset.
