The C127 follows Golf Course Road along the western fringe of Glenrothes. It starts at a Grade Separated Junction on the B921, the council list carefully detailing all of the slip roads as part of the C127, and heads north, passing parkland, the golf course and then into suburbia. The route comes to an end at a T Junction, where the C128, Glenwood Road turns left and the C129, South Parks Road turns right, despite forming a continuous route.
