Bigsweir Bridge is a bridge on the A466 crossing the River Wye and the England/Wales border. The bridge was constructed in 1827 and marks the tidal limit of the Wye. The bridge was cast in Merthyr Tydfil and opened as a toll bridge, 6d for a horse drawn carriage. The bridge is a single track road and is under signal control.
