Ped view of crossing. No signals are used, ped just looks before crossing. Trams travel slowly over LC, sounding a bell, and so this is not an issue.

Electric tram LC leading to a housing estate. Shelter on the right is used to wait for a tram. No signals are used to warn the traffic of a tram. The tram slows down on approach to the LC and sounds it's bell to warn other road users.

The post box however <a href='http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3112111'>SC3978 : Olympic Gold Post Box - Onchan</a> commemorates Peter Kennaughs success in the Summer Olympics 2012 as he won the gold medal as part of the Great Britain Team Pursuit team becoming the first Manxman in 100 years to win gold. In doing so he also help set a world record for the event.
