Electric tram LC leading to a housing estate. Shelter on the right is used to wait for a tram. No signals are used to warn the traffic of a tram. The tram slows down on approach to the LC and sounds it's bell to warn other road users.

IOM Laxey Electric Tram Crossing

Warning signs are used to inform road users of the crossing. No wigwags are used. When the tram is near the crossing it slows down and sounds its own bell until it has left the crossing.

The post box however <a href='http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3112111'>SC3978 : Olympic Gold Post Box - Onchan</a> commemorates Peter Kennaughs success in the Summer Olympics 2012 as he won the gold medal as part of the Great Britain Team Pursuit team becoming the first Manxman in 100 years to win gold. In doing so he also help set a world record for the event.
