Brimmicroft Roundabout is junction 3 of the M65.
Before the M65 was built in the 1990s there was an at-grade roundabout here at the crossing of the two A roads. The roundabout had existed since around the 1950s.
As at some other locations on the M65, the bridges allow for the future addition of an extra lane to the motorway.
