Crossings related to the A861 | |||
Stronchreggan Bridge is one of the few surviving old stone bridges on the A861 between Kinlocheil and Ardgour. It carries the road over the Abhainn Sron a'Chregain at the mouth of the glen. It is a relatively small single stone arch bridge, carrying a single track road without pavements, which has been built over a narrow part of the river. In many ways it is unremarkable, but it is perhaps the best example of the bridges that would once have crossed every burn on the road along Loch Linnhe.
