The Multiplex template I used for the A70 is in the wrong colour. It needs to be non-primary. Thanks.

Please do not create any further modern stripmaps for motorways until further notice. Feel free to do it for old roads and A-roads though. :) M5lenzar 23:55, 11 January 2009 (UTC)

No Problem. I do have a few oldies to do and update to a higher standard.Abeaton 00:01, 12 January 2009 (UTC)

Categorising your junction maps

Hi, I think we should put all your junction maps into one category, to make it easier to find them should there be a problem. Plus then we can have a nice gallery of them. :) M5lenzar 18:38, 13 April 2009 (UTC)

No problem. Go right ahead. :) Abeaton 10:47, 14 April 2009 (UTC).

Junction Maps for M8

Here's a bit of a challenge for you :) But, if you find yourself with a spare hour of 4, could you take a look at the Townhead Interchange and Charing Cross (Glasgow) pages and see if you could create some junction strip maps. I think that the pages would really benefit from them. Thanks. Rileyrob 15:58, 6 December 2009 (UTC)

London Bridge

What's a "mintery bridge"? Is it a typo? If not, a definition might be helpful. --nowster 08:55, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Very much a typo. The word is a word related to armies Abeaton 09:00, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

By Pass

It's just one word: bypass.

Mr Prosser shook his finger at him for a bit, then stopped and put it away
 again.

"What do you mean, why's it got to be built?" he said. "It's a bypass.
 You've got to build bypasses."

Bypasses are devices which allow some people to drive from point A to
point B very fast whilst other people dash from point B to point A very
fast. People living at point C, being a point directly in between, are
often given to wonder what's so great about point A that so many people of
point B are so keen to get there, and what's so great about point B that
so many people of point A are so keen to get there. They often wish that
people would just once and for all work out where the hell they wanted to
 be.

Mr Prosser wanted to be at point D. Point D wasn't anywhere in particular,
it was just any convenient point a very long way from points A, B and C.
He would have a nice little cottage at point D, with axes over the door,
and spend a pleasant amount of time at point E, which would be the nearest
 pub to point D.

Tinsley Interchange

Just a quickie... I've worked on, worked near and lived near the viaduct all my life - I've never heard it called Tinsley Interchange - always Tinsley Viaduct and the roundabouts Meadowhall Roundabout and Tinsley Roundabout - northern and southern roundabouts respectively. About your strip maps

I might have said this already, but I love them ! :p they actually inspired me to draw my own on bog standard paper :P I still suck at doing them in mspaint.exe though heh :) Wack0 12:46, 3 June 2009 (UTC)

Isles of Scilly

Your entry. We already have a more basic entry under the name Scilly Isles. There appears to be a duplication. Bob 2157. 1st July 2009(UTC)

Hidden Categories

AHA! That's how you do it! I shall try and pick up all the roads I've added ferries to, and make sure I get any new ones working ok. THANK YOU!!! Rileyrob 20:14, 2 July 2009 (UTC)

Churchbridge

Thanks for your map of Churchbridge - it really helps the article out.

A couple of things, though - you've missed out the northernmost roundabout (which makes it Magic...) and the A34 is primary throughout the junction. Any chance of an update? Ta! Steven 14:07, 8 August 2009 (UTC)

Now Updated. :). --Abeaton 12:47, 9 August 2009 (UTC)

M6 1972

Hi there!

Just got one or two comments about your M6 1972 stripmapround this part of the world:

  • You've got the layout of J7 wrong - the slips that attach to the outside of the roundabout are Birmingham-bound, not Wolverhampton-bound
  • "Wallsall" is spelt "Walsall"
  • J8, M5 was signed as "West Bromwich, Birmingham (W), Worcester", IIRC
  • J10, the dual carraigeway to the west didn't exist, and the now-B4464 is the old A454.
  • J11, A460 was just signed "Wolverhampton" and "Cannock", whilst A462 is signed "Willenhall". M54 didn't exist.
  • J12, again, M54 didn't exist. I've got a feeling that Telford wasn't signed either, but I can't prove anything!
  • J13. A449 is just signed "Wolverhampton" and "Stafford"
  • J15. A500 was A5006 and didn't get as far as Stoke
  • 'Tis "Keele" services, not "Kelle"
  • J16. No Derby signage from here!

Any chance of an update? Ta muchly! Steven 09:18, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

It will be done ASAP. As for keeping in the M54, should have checked that before uploading. Oops! -Abeaton 14:06, 30 August 2009 (UTC)

OS Mapping page problems

Assuming you still haven't sussed it, you need to put from= / to= / whatever= between the | and the data.

click on edit on List of Tram Crossings for the general idea.

Hope this helps! Rileyrob 15:11, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

No luck.It still in a mess and I copied your plan and it still as broken as a smashed vase. :( -Abeaton 15:31, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

I've fixed it, there was a stray |} at the end of the comment which was inserted in the page. jeni 16:04, 7 September 2009 (UTC)

Loampit Vale

Interesting. You have (correctly in my original opinion) added A20 to this entry. Si404 have recently been deleting such entries (including mine) on the basis that the road in question is part of the category and therefore listed. OK this category is still in red awaiting completion. Where do we go from here? I suppose Simon is part of the SMT!--Bob 08:43, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

There's no template, so it's OK for this one - but when there's a template used, it makes sense not to duplicate the information in Navbox and Infobox, especially when it results in lots of scrolling! Si404 09:35, 13 August 2010 (UTC)

Thong Interchange

Please insert Thong Interchange on the A2 Named Junctions list also Template:A2 Junctions. I am not exactly sure where it falls (or stays up)-----Bob 07:58, 13 September 2010 (UTC) All done now! --abeaton 11:19, 11 September 2010 (BST)

Lymm interchange

Today I noticed that Lymm Interchange had a wrong history. I've corrected the text, but all the strip maps except the current one are wrong. Are you the person who did the originals? Would you like to correct them? Thanks. Wrinkly 15:21, 4 October 2010 (BST)

Yep. I get right on to the case. --abeaton 21:07, 4 October 2010 (BST)

Thanks for creating the new maps! How do we alter the Lymm Interchange page to display them? It still seems to be displaying the old ones. -- Wrinkly 17:13, 5 October 2010 (BST)

Try doing a refresh, the old images are probably held in your cache (they were for me). Rileyrob 17:47, 5 October 2010 (BST)

Thanks, that worked! -- Wrinkly 18:06, 5 October 2010 (BST)
