The B1423 was a short link road in east London. The road was originally unclassified but seems to have got its number around 1935. However, the road has now been upgraded and is numbered A1153.
The road started at the A13/A123 junction to the east of Barking and headed north along Lodge Avenue. After bearing right onto Porters Avenue the road ended on the A124 in Becontree.
