Carsebridge Roundabout connects the new B909 Alloa Eastern Link Road to the A908 to the north of Alloa. The roundabout is a simple 4-arm junction with the A908 sweeping around the western side on Whins Road from south west to north while the B909 heads south east. The fourth arm, heading north east, is the dead end Carsebridge Road which leads to a business park and Cooperage where barrels for the Whisky industry are made. A short distance south of the roundabout, the B909 deviates from its historic route along Hilton Road on to a new relief road opened in 2008, however the roundabout appears to pre-date this new road.
