The B6385 is a short rural road in south Westmorland. It was originally unclassified but gained its number in the mid-1920s.
The road starts on the A65 in Crooklands and heads west, immediately crossing a disused section of the Lancaster Canal. A couple of bends take the road around a hill, then we continue across the fields and go over the A590 without a junction. The road zigzags southwestwards and goes over the West Coast Main Line; the remains of the former Milnthorpe station lie to the left. The road then continues through Ackenthwaite before ending at a mini-roundabout on the B6384 on the near side of Milnthorpe.
