The C8821 maintained by Central Bedfordshire Council is a link in Dunstable along Station Road and Great Northern Road. The railway is now a busway, and the station no more, however this link was about traffic going between the A5 and A505 as much as it was about serving Dunstable Town Station: for a period after the station had closed the road was the A5142
