Collyland Roundabout

River Spirit in the centre of the roundabout

Collyland Roundabout lies to the north west of Sauchie near Alloa. It is a simple 4-arm roundabout connecting the B908 and B9140 which was built in the mid 2000s to replace a flat crossroads junction. A metal sculpture entitled 'River Spirit' was installed in the centre of the roundabout in June 2007. Two years later the B9140 to the west was realigned and widened to improve the route which is by far the busier axis through the junction, as it largely bypasses Alloa to the south and the Hillfoots Villages to the north.
