Howgate Roundabout lies on the A6094 in the small village of Howgate and marks the southern end of the B7026. The junction is a fairly ordinary four arm layout where the western arm serves a small housing estate. Indeed, the roundabout may well date from the construction of these houses, which appear to date from the early 2000s. Prior to this the junction was a simple T junction.
