Bridge End Roundabout is the junction of the A69 and the A6079 north of Hexham. The old alignment of the A6079 continues to the west of the roundabout, while modern traffic multiplexes with the A69.

The roundabout was designed in the 1970s with grade separation in mind and in January 2020, construction started on a new £30m underpass. Work was completed in late 2021 with traffic restrictions being lifted in mid February 2022. Prior to this upgrade, the A69 carriageways used to spilt like they do at Styford Roundabout 6 miles to the East;
