The Wallingford Bypass is a single-carriageway road, avoiding the town of Wallingford and Crowmarsh Gifford, in Berkshire and Oxfordshire respectively. The road, which comprises of the A4130 and the A4074, forms a partial "ring road" to avoid the narrow streets in Wallingford's Town Centre.
The Wallingford & Cholsey Railway (A Great Western Railway branchline) intersects the A4130 with a Single Track Level crossing between the Hithercroft and Winterbrook roundabouts.
