ADS on A7 from Port Erin

Ballagawne Roundabout is a busy junction with a lot of turning traffic as it is one of two gateways to Port Erin and Port St Mary in the south west corner of the Isle of Man. The main route through the junction is the A7, which connects a series of villages together to the east as it heads for Port Erin to the west. Coming in from the north is the A36, which has crossed the hills from Round Table, and so provides a route to Peel and the western half of the island , while the A29 continues south through the eastern edge of Port Erin into Port St Mary. Despite being a busy junction, each approach only has a single lane, and the roundabout is effectively a giant mini, with a tiny central island surrounded by a large area of white paint.
